Nabil Kamel / Marketing Leader
Five years from media buyer to marketing leader. I build growth across markets, the teams that run it, and the numbers that keep it honest.
Seven markets. Three regions.
"I hired Nabil to build my brand and the results were very positive. A complete marketing plan, start to finish."
The belief
The teams that can read their own numbers, catch the lies in them, and correct in near real time are the ones that do not burn money. I lead from that belief.
Experience
Paid social and search for ecommerce and education brands across Saudi, the UAE, the UK, the US, France, Kuwait and Egypt. The lesson that shaped everything after: the accounts that lost money were never short on numbers. They were short on numbers they could trust.
A multi-brand international company selling across Europe, the Middle East and North America. I stood up the measurement foundation and the automated reporting, then rebuilt how the company acquired distributors and sold its courses.
Reporting time cut about 60%. Distributor leads up 50%. Course sales up 35%.
The whole international function. A fully remote team across design, PR, digital, analytics and operations. A global distributor network. Two flagship industry events run end to end. A store portfolio grown to 15+ Shopify stores.
Flagship store: sales up 74% and orders up 57% year over year. Distributor engagement up 42%.
Consulting for brands in Saudi and the US on measurement and growth, and building a productized practice for Shopify brands. In June I audited 35 stores. Every one had a tracking gap. That finding is now a free tool anyone can run.
Leadership
Design, PR, digital, analytics and operations, across three regions and several time zones. What held it together was not a process document. It was a few rules everyone could repeat.
A screenshot is not a diagnosis. Every decision carries a number, a date and a source, or it waits.
My word matters, and so does the team's. Promises are kept, and when something breaks, the person who owns it says so first.
Courage is acting with incomplete data and building the instrument that tells you if you were wrong, fast.
The reporting layer existed so a designer, a PR lead and an operations manager could all read the same number and act on it without me in the room.
Work
Shopify, GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI and server-side tracking wired as one measured system for a multi-brand company across three regions.
The layer that turned scattered platform data into weekly decisions and cut reporting time by about 60%.
Shopify stores built and scaled across EU and US markets. The flagship grew sales 74% in a year.
A flagship industry event site with registration and ticketing, and an education platform with its own pipelines, tracked from day one.
Reworked acquisition and lifecycle for a global distributor network: leads up 50%, engagement up 42%.
For a Saudi multi-brand retailer: one event model read the same way by Google, Meta, TikTok and Snap.

Beyond the work
Training most mornings before the first call. The same rule applies to the work: consistency beats intensity.
Arabic at home, English at work, Russian learned on the ground. Always one language in progress.
When a check gets repeated three times, it becomes a script. The free tracking scanner started that way.
Teardowns of the numbers brands trust too much, on LinkedIn as @NabilKamel and on Instagram as @nabilkamel.co.
FAQ
I lead marketing and I build the measurement underneath it. Strategy, the team that runs it, and the tracking layer that says whether any of it worked.
Every budget call I made as a leader sat on a tracking layer someone else had built. When the platforms disagreed, the meeting turned into opinions. So I learned the layer myself: GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, Meta's Conversions API, and the event model that lets four ad platforms count the same sale once. A marketing leader who can read the raw data does not get managed by the dashboard.
Leadership roles and consulting engagements. Based in Cairo, remote first, open to relocation.
No. The most recent work is Shopify and ecommerce. Earlier work covers education brands, industry events and a global distributor network.
With a read of what is already there. In June 2026 I audited 35 Shopify stores and every one had a tracking gap, so the first step is almost always finding what is not being counted.
